We pride ourselves on being one of the most affordable IT Crew in Brisbane. We grant unmatched service and all work is backed by using MM Computer Mechanics Promise and Guarantee.

We book service in half-hour blocks, with a minimum of one hour charge for the first hour capped at $80/hr (excl. GST)
We don’t charge ridiculous charges like weekend or same day service charge.  Our one-hour minimal service saves your money as most issues can be fixed in the hour and you don’t pay anything extra for onsite travel or service charge.
If there is an emergency, we have a same-day priority service without any extra charge if done within business hours.

Most issues can be solved in an hour or less, so right here are some tips for what your professional technician can do with any extra time:

  • Perform a gadget fitness check.
  • Optimize startup and shutdown.
  • Clean up Temp and unused files
  • Check for and eliminate spyware, viruses, and malware.

Sometimes, if there is severe damage to your computer, buying a new one is a better investment than paying for a repair. If we find that’s the case, you can use the technician’s time to back up your data and then have the technician return to transfer it to a new computer and help you set it up instead.
Since most repairs are completed in under an hour, we encourage our customers to make the most of any extra time. Please see the checklist above for ideas about the kind of services your technician can perform with any spare time.
Most repairs can be solved in the first hour. However, if the technician expects it will take longer, they will usually know within the first 15 minutes. The technician will give you options, and you can decide how you want to proceed.
The same-day service charge requires us to be on call seven days a week, including holidays, and allows us to keep extra technicians on standby for your emergencies. If you don’t need us today, we can usually come by the next business day at no additional charges.
We can send an MM computer to your home or office without charging for travel time by having a one-hour minimum. We provide a level of service unmatched by any competitor, and all work is backed by MM computers’ Promise and Guarantee.
